At maxpro.lk, we aim to provide high-quality grocery and packaged food products to our customers across Sri Lanka. Due to the nature of grocery items, our refund policy is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

1. The product was delivered in a damaged condition
2. The wrong item was delivered
3. The product is expired at the time of delivery

All refund requests must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

1. Opened food products
2. Used items
3. Products damaged after delivery
4. Items purchased under special promotions (unless defective)

4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product:

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (for card payments).
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.
3. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
2. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Right to Refuse Refund

maxpro.lk reserves the right to refuse refund requests if:

1. The claim does not meet the eligibility conditions
2. The product was misused or damaged by the customer
3. The request is made outside a reasonable reporting time
